What is an intensive driving course?
An intensive course compresses your learning into a much shorter period than weekly lessons. Booking both your theory and practical test is usually part of it, and semi-intensive courses are available if you want time out to pass your theory test first.
A shorter timeframe
Intensive courses are usually offered over one or two weeks, with up to six hours on the road in a day.
1-to-1 every day
4 or 6 hours of one-to-one lessons each day with a local, fully qualified driving instructor.
Semi-intensive options
Semi-intensive courses let you take time out while you pass your theory test.
Why take an intensive course in Dudley?
The biggest benefit is time. Many people book a week off work, or are close to going back to school or university. Instead of learning over six to eight months, some prefer to squeeze driving into less than a fortnight.
Learning to drive can feel overwhelming at the beginning. An intensive course tackles that head-on, building your confidence on the road a little more each day.

Intensive Driving Courses in Dudley FAQs
1. How quickly can I pass with an intensive course in Dudley?
Intensive courses usually run over one or two weeks, with 4 or 6 hours of one-to-one driving each day. How long you need depends on your starting point, and we advise honestly after assessing you.
2. Is an automatic intensive course a good choice in Dudley?
Often, yes. Dudley is hilly, and an automatic car has no clutch, so hill starts are easier. An automatic licence only covers automatic cars.
3. What does the £100 deposit cover?
It secures your place on the course. It is the £100 advance payment shown in the prices table, and it is needed for every intensive course.
4. Do I need to have passed my theory test first?
It is best to have passed it before your course. If you haven't, a semi-intensive course lets you take time out while you pass it.
